HOW TO APPLY:

The candidates have to submit application ON PLAIN PAPER duly affixing his/her latest photograph on its top.

The application must contain candidates name, father/husband name, date of birth, sex, educational qualifications, category if any, permanent and postal address with cell phone number and experience, if any, along with attested copies of relevant certificates besides two self addressed properly stamped envelopes.
